Methodology
Office Yoga is appropriate for all, regardless of age, colour, caste, creed or religion. This form of yoga follows a holistic approach and requires a normal classroom. All exercises are done sitting on a chair and require no specific clothing.

The fees per workshop is all inclusive Rs. 5,515/- for 20 participants and the venue is client's premises in Mumbai.
